Artem Bezrodnyi might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrey Semchenko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artem Bezrodnyi ran back to his position shaking his head. If Kim Klimyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georgiy Grodetskiy came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Vauxhall City's Kim Klimyuk. But to his dismay, Kim Klimyuk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Albert Anufriev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Andrey Semchenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Спартак Семей's zone, Kim Klimyuk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georgiy Grodetskiy came out of the goal and Kim Klimyuk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd minute, Kim Klimyuk made a precise shot to the right of Georgiy Grodetskiy. Спартак Семей's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Kim Klimyuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Georgiy Grodetskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Klimyuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kim Klimyuk in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Georgiy Grodetskiy saved Спартак Семей from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albert Anufriev to strike the kick off in the second half. Stanislav Filimonov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Georgiy Grodetskiy made a huge save. 55 minutes into the match, Vauxhall City's Kim Klimyuk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Georgiy Grodetskiy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Artem Bezrodnyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Andrey Semchenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kim Klimyuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georgiy Grodetskiy having to interfere. Vadim Zabolotskiy in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Georgiy Grodetskiy, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kim Klimyuk might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georgiy Grodetskiy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kim Klimyuk ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Kim Klimyuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vauxhall City's supporters rose to their feet, but Kim Klimyuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Georgiy Grodetskiy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vadim Zabolotskiy got free with Georgiy Grodetskiy in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Vadim Zabolotskiy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vauxhall City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Georgiy Grodetskiy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kim Klimyuk's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Kim Klimyuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Georgiy Grodetskiy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. If Vadim Zabolotskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Vauxhall City's Georgiy Grodetskiy threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kim Klimyuk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the final whistle sounded Vauxhall City left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Спартак Семей.
