Boris Baklykov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Besov in the 3rd minute of the match. When Irakliy Zapolskiy fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Biggin Hill's protests and gave Irakliy Zapolskiy a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Biggin Hill getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Irakliy Zapolskiy hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Exmouth's Andrey Rybakov got a free kick in the 12th minute. Valentin Gerasimov hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Stanislav Lugovoy made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Oleg Kostin sent off a good shot on target. Dmitriy Haritonov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Stanislav Lugovoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 25 minutes, Oskar Besov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Exmouth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskar Besov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oskar Besov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dmitriy Haritonov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Stanislav Lugovoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Biggin Hill's Oleg Kostin got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Oleg Kostin might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stanislav Lugovoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oleg Kostin ran back to his position shaking his head. Stanislav Lugovoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dmitriy Haritonov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boris Baklykov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Besov, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. A collision led to Biggin Hill getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Denis Podrezov hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Kazachenok to strike the kick off in the second half. Stanislav Lugovoy came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Biggin Hill's Igor Bolshakov. But to his dismay, Igor Bolshakov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Igor Bolshakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislav Lugovoy having to interfere. A collision led to Biggin Hill getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Denis Podrezov hit a great ball. Biggin Hill's Oleg Kostin got his second yellow card of the match in the 61st minute. The referee ordered Oleg Kostin off the ground. The supporters of Exmouth booed when Biggin Hill was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oleg Kostin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boris Baklykov didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 66th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Dmitriy Haritonov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Biggin Hill's supporters rose to their feet, but Dmitriy Haritonov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stanislav Lugovoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dmitriy Haritonov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Bolshakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Valentin Kazachenok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82ndth minute of the game Dmitriy Haritonov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Exmouth's Stanislav Lugovoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dmitriy Haritonov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Exmouth's Stanislav Lugovoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Bolshakov in the 95th minute of play.
