But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mitrofan Sokolnikov couldn't finish the play. Grigoriy Demin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Grigoriy Demin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Grigoriy Demin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dereham's Georgiy Olenev got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Antalyaspor's Grigoriy Demin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Georgiy Samoilov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Yakov Kleschev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filimon Roschupkin having to interfere. When Dmitriy Sivokon fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dereham's protests and gave Dmitriy Sivokon a yellow card for diving instead. Grigoriy Demin got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Dereham booed when Antalyaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigoriy Demin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
