Konstantin Beschastnyh's late challenge caught a TEAM WORK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konstantin Beschastnyh helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd minute, Konstantin Beschastnyh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, TEAM WORK's goal looked a bit too open when Vasiliy Gorohovnikov came free, but Stepan Vasiliev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oleg Kerzhakov struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Gleb Aguzarov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TEAM WORK. The audience was convinced that Oleg Kerzhakov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gleb Aguzarov was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vasiliy Gorohovnikov in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stepan Vasiliev saved TEAM WORK from getting behind. After 27 played minutes TEAM WORK got a freekick which was hit by Oleg Kerzhakov. Nikolay Agureev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stepan Vasiliev having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Nikolay Agureev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, TEAM WORK's Konstantin Ternavskiy got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Vasiliy Gorohovnikov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Stepan Vasiliev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TEAM WORK's Stepan Vasiliev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasiliy Gorohovnikov in the 46th minute of play. Rudolf Kulagin struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Gleb Aguzarov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TEAM WORK. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oleg Kerzhakov to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, TEAM WORK's Oleg Kerzhakov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gleb Aguzarov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Oleg Kerzhakov scored 2-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gleb Aguzarov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Nomad getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Mikhail Ponidelko hit a great ball. Vasiliy Gorohovnikov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stepan Vasiliev having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Konstantin Ternavskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Nikolay Agureev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stepan Vasiliev. TEAM WORK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nikolay Agureev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 87th minute Vasiliy Gorohovnikov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stepan Vasiliev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Oleg Kerzhakov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nomad's Evsey Komissarov shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Stepan Vasiliev but with some difficulty. Vasiliy Gorohovnikov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stepan Vasiliev having to make a save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
