Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Filipp Barbolin started the match with the kick off. Evgeniy Borodin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oleg Dmitrenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislav Alshevskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 12th minute Stanislav Alshevskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oleg Dmitrenko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanislav Alshevskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Oleg Dmitrenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Stanislav Alshevskiy came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Stamford fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanislav Alshevskiy couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danila Klitin during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Shenley United's zone, Stanislav Alshevskiy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oleg Dmitrenko came out of the goal and Stanislav Alshevskiy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the game, Arkadiy Lushin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shenley United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stamford the free kick. After a rather tough play, Shenley United's Arkadiy Lushin got a free kick in the 20th minute. Evgeniy Borodin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislav Alshevskiy in the 22nd minute of play forced Shenley United's goalkeeper Oleg Dmitrenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Shenley United's goalkeeper Oleg Dmitrenko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evgeniy Borodin. Evgeniy Borodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oleg Dmitrenko having to interfere. Gerasim Chekmezov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oleg Dmitrenko having to interfere. Evgeniy Borodin in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oleg Dmitrenko, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Evgeniy Borodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Oleg Dmitrenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stanislav Alshevskiy made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evgeniy Borodin in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oleg Dmitrenko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot by Mark Simonov from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Zinoviy Popovskiy's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 64 minutes into the match, Stanislav Alshevskiy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oleg Dmitrenko. Shenley United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stanislav Alshevskiy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Evgeniy Borodin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evgeniy Borodin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oleg Dmitrenko having to make a save. Oleg Dmitrenko came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Stamford's Stanislav Alshevskiy. But to his dismay, Stanislav Alshevskiy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Vyacheslav Zinovev's late challenge caught a Shenley United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vyacheslav Zinovev helped the player get up and apologised. Vyacheslav Zinovev kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Stamford's Zinoviy Popovskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipp Barbolin in the 78th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Stamford got a freekick which was hit by Aleksey Gusev. After having played for 82 minutes, Semen Lapshin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shenley United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Semen Lapshin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oleg Dmitrenko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislav Alshevskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evgeniy Borodin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oleg Dmitrenko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. After 95 minutes of play Shenley United's Arkadiy Lushin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Shenley United getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Arkadiy Lushin hit a great ball.
