Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bimbaka Parmar started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, nidfirst's Antara Agroia got a free kick in the 11th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Portsmouth's Bimbaka Parmar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adita Venkataramanappa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Bimbaka Parmar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 26 minutes, Krsniya Sikand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portsmouth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krsniya Sikand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Bimbaka Parmar notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of nidfirst's Adita Venkataramanappa. Adita Venkataramanappa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute, Bimbaka Parmar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adita Venkataramanappa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bimbaka Parmar in the 36th minute of play. Bimbaka Parmar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Madhav Maheshwari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adita Venkataramanappa having to interfere. After 44 minutes, Shripati Vadhwa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the nidfirst and the Portsmouth players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Portsmouth booed when nidfirst was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shripati Vadhwa didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shripati Vadhwa was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in nidfirst's zone, Bimbaka Parmar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adita Venkataramanappa came out of the goal and Bimbaka Parmar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, nidfirst's Antara Agroia got a free kick in the 58th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Bimbaka Parmar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portsmouth's supporters rose to their feet, but Bimbaka Parmar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adita Venkataramanappa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adita Venkataramanappa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bimbaka Parmar, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute Madhav Maheshwari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adita Venkataramanappa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bimbaka Parmar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abhinava Virk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 84 played minutes Portsmouth got a freekick which was hit by Krsniya Sikand. If Kanakraj Gurai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bimbaka Parmar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adita Venkataramanappa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bimbaka Parmar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adita Venkataramanappa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bimbaka Parmar in the 94th minute of play. The Portsmouth players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
