Brixham AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasantraj Chahall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 46 minutes into the match, Thorne AFC's goalkeeper Satishkuma Takkar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Govindagowda Rajput. Buddhasinha Modi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasantraj Chahall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Govindagowda Rajput in the 55th minute of play forced Thorne AFC's goalkeeper Satishkuma Takkar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
