With a left leg Avilasa Verma saved Leicester from getting behind. A collision led to Leicester getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Dalbir Tind hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Runjeet Bisla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jagisa Sachdev having to interfere. Avilasa Verma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaidev Baweja in the 83rd minute. In the 86th minute, Karavinda Turkar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the game's 87th minute Leicester's Dadhyan Sodhi took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Jagisa Sachdev and thus the score was 1-0. Avilasa Verma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Shireoaks FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
