Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bapannabhatta Biswas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mahendra Grewal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amrapali Subba in the 3rd minute. If Adina Lamichaney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 minutes of play, Newton on Ouse City's Kumaresan Phom made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Senthil Thapa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Hornsea's Dhataki Sharma got a free kick in the 21st minute. Senthil Thapa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kumaresan Phom in the 23rd minute of the match. A hard shot 26 in the game by Amrapali Subba from a close distance when the talented Mahendra Grewal managed to make a qualified save. Newton on Ouse City's players were relieved. Ksitinatha Chaturvedi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mahendra Grewal having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Ksitinatha Chaturvedi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mahendra Grewal. That made the score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amrapali Subba got free with Mahendra Grewal in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute, Amrapali Subba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bahuvida Reddy hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ksitinatha Chaturvedi to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Hornsea's Amrapali Subba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mahendra Grewal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mahendra Grewal came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Hornsea's Ksitinatha Chaturvedi. But to his dismay, Ksitinatha Chaturvedi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ksitinatha Chaturvedi might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mahendra Grewal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ksitinatha Chaturvedi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 64th minute Bapannabhatta Biswas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Senthil Thapa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Newton on Ouse City's Mahendra Grewal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amrapali Subba in the 68th minute of play. In the 75th minute Ksitinatha Chaturvedi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahendra Grewal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amrapali Subba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Vishwanath Lapang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the game, Ethan Bain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newton on Ouse City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hornsea the free kick. Ethan Bain kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Hornsea's Ksitinatha Chaturvedi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mahendra Grewal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Newton on Ouse City defense, Ksitinatha Chaturvedi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mahendra Grewal. The Newton on Ouse City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mahendra Grewal should have stopped the shot. A hard shot 91 in the game by Kumaresan Phom from a close distance when the talented Senthil Thapa managed to make a qualified save. Hornsea's players were relieved. Bapannabhatta Biswas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Senthil Thapa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bapannabhatta Biswas in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Senthil Thapa saved Hornsea from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Amrapali Subba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hornsea's supporters rose to their feet, but Amrapali Subba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mahendra Grewal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Hornsea had won after a very even match.
