Kalyanaraman Desai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cintamukta Gopalkrishnan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aracana Pujari in the 7th minute of the match. A collision led to Burtonwood getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Amisa Arneja hit a great ball. When Kalyanaraman Desai came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Birch House United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kalyanaraman Desai couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute Kirtana Dass shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anargha Banwait saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kirtana Dass received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Anargha Banwait tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Burtonwood's goal looked a bit too open when Kirtana Dass came free, but Anargha Banwait reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Burtonwood getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Aracana Pujari hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Amisa Arneja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Cintamukta Gopalkrishnan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Apramaya Nayak fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Burtonwood's protests and gave Apramaya Nayak a yellow card for diving instead. Apramaya Nayak hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Anargha Banwait took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kirtana Dass, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Burtonwood's Anargha Banwait played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kalyanaraman Desai in the 31st minute of play. After 31 minutes, Amisa Arneja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burtonwood and the Birch House United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Burtonwood getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Amisa Arneja hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirtana Dass in the 35th minute of play forced Burtonwood's goalkeeper Anargha Banwait to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kirtana Dass struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Anargha Banwait didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Birch House United. Aracana Pujari charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aracana Pujari the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Burtonwood's Aracana Pujari got a free kick in the 38th minute. Kalyanaraman Desai took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anargha Banwait. Anargha Banwait dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aracana Pujari stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anargha Banwait made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Kirtana Dass sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 57 in the game by Kirtana Dass from a close distance when the talented Anargha Banwait managed to make a qualified save. Burtonwood's players were relieved. Kalyanaraman Desai in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anargha Banwait, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Kirtana Dass had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birch House United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kalyanaraman Desai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kirtana Dass sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Kalyanaraman Desai came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Birch House United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kalyanaraman Desai couldn't finish the play. Anargha Banwait was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Dhrsita Tjinder capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dhrsita Tjinder really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Anargha Banwait made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kirtana Dass in the 80th minute. If Kalyanaraman Desai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kirtana Dass could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Anargha Banwait made a huge save. Burtonwood's Anargha Banwait proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Burtonwood from getting a goal against them. Aracana Pujari hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Anargha Banwait successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kirtana Dass sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amisa Arneja missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 95 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Cintamukta Gopalkrishnan right hand side. Birch House United's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
