Devdas Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asula Vadhwa having to interfere. In the 9th match minute, Swanley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giribhu Salve to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the game, Devdas Mendes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glossop AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Swanley the free kick. Devdas Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Glossop AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Yadleen Lapang hit a great ball. Asula Vadhwa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devdas Mendes in the 17th minute of play. Devdas Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asula Vadhwa having to interfere. The supporters of Swanley booed when Glossop AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ardhendra Bhatia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 played minutes, Swanley's Kanakakanta Sawhney shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kadambanila Hundal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Swanley reached it. Cidrupa Parmar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nitya Shindi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Kadambanila Hundal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Karmarkar Nair managed to get in a good position for a shot. Swanley's supporters rose to their feet, but Karmarkar Nair was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kadambanila Hundal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cidrupa Parmar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Asula Vadhwa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ardhendra Bhatia, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Cidrupa Parmar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kadambanila Hundal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nitya Shindi, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Anari Khongstid charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anari Khongstid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Glossop AFC's Anari Khongstid got a free kick in the 45th minute. Kadambanila Hundal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kanakakanta Sawhney. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Devdas Mendes to strike the kick off in the second half. Anari Khongstid hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. 51 minutes into the game, Karmarkar Nair cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Kadambanila Hundal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kadambanila Hundal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nitya Shindi, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After some careless play in the Glossop AFC defense, Nitya Shindi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kadambanila Hundal. The Glossop AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kadambanila Hundal should have stopped the shot. Cidrupa Parmar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Asula Vadhwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Nitya Shindi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Swanley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 68th match minute, Swanley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giribhu Salve to maneuver through the defense. Devdas Mendes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Asula Vadhwa came out and tried to block the shot, but Devdas Mendes slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 70th minute. If Devdas Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th match minute, Swanley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giribhu Salve to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Cidrupa Parmar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Swanley's Nitya Shindi in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Glossop AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Kadambanila Hundal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nitya Shindi in the 85th minute of the match. If Cidrupa Parmar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Glossop AFC's Devdas Mendes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Asula Vadhwa. That made the score 3-2 after 88 minutes of play. A collision led to Glossop AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Anari Khongstid hit a great ball. If Devdas Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glossop AFC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Swanley had won, even though Glossop AFC had held more of the ball.
