Daljit Chawla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dattra Dhudwal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Stourport on Severn City's Dattra Dhudwal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Govinda Kharka in the 10th minute of play. Dattra Dhudwal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Govinda Kharka went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Dattra Dhudwal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Govinda Kharka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Prescot FC's Ksaman Nigam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Prescot FC from getting a goal against them. Daljit Chawla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dattra Dhudwal having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Stourport on Severn City's zone, Daljit Chawla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dattra Dhudwal came out of the goal and Daljit Chawla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Govinda Kharka struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Dattra Dhudwal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prescot FC. Govinda Kharka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dattra Dhudwal having to interfere. Govinda Kharka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Dattra Dhudwal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daljit Chawla stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arijit Madhusudan in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ksaman Nigam prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Govinda Kharka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Stourport on Severn City's goal looked a bit too open when Daljit Chawla came free, but Dattra Dhudwal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Kulaja Siamkhuma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksaman Nigam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daljit Chawla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stourport on Severn City's Dattra Dhudwal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daljit Chawla in the 76th minute of play. Kulaja Siamkhuma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daljit Chawla was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. Prescot FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dattra Dhudwal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Govinda Kharka in the 91st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Govinda Kharka got free with Dattra Dhudwal in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dattra Dhudwal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daljit Chawla in the 95th minute of play. Prescot FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Stourport on Severn City had won, even though Prescot FC had held more of the ball.
