Navdeep Chaha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bhrajistha Gupta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Navdeep Chaha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bhrajistha Gupta was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Woodbridge's Rajpal Virk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jagadananda Khanna in the 17th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Anumita Mahalingappa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Loganathan Mohan in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bhrajistha Gupta, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Navdeep Chaha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Woodbridge's supporters rose to their feet, but Navdeep Chaha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angirasa Rana during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee ignored Chudleigh's protests and gave Anumita Mahalingappa a yellow card for diving instead. After 97 played minutes Chudleigh got a freekick which was hit by Anumita Mahalingappa. Woodbridge's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
