Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Amitaujas Jethani got the match started through his kick off. Balraj Agrawal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jayaraman Vadhwa having to interfere. Harjap Madhusudan kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Copford's zone, Carusara Sabharwal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Akupya Parekh came out of the goal and Carusara Sabharwal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Balraj Agrawal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jayaraman Vadhwa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Winsford's Jayaraman Vadhwa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Winsford from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Winsford defense, Balraj Agrawal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jayaraman Vadhwa. The Winsford fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jayaraman Vadhwa should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Anantbir Sabdhu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Copford's supporters rose to their feet, but Anantbir Sabdhu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jayaraman Vadhwa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Winsford's Jayaraman Vadhwa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anantbir Sabdhu in the 42nd minute of play. Harinath Banwait charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harinath Banwait the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Winsford's Harinath Banwait got a free kick in the 43rd minute. A long shot from Javagal Mahmi in the 44th minute of play was well struck, but Jayaraman Vadhwa made a really good save at the right post. During the 45th minute of the match Harjap Madhusudan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Harjap Madhusudan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 46 played minutes Winsford got a freekick which was hit by Harjap Madhusudan. After a defensive mix-up in Winsford's zone, Balraj Agrawal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jayaraman Vadhwa came out of the goal and Balraj Agrawal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Anantbir Sabdhu made the kick off in the second half. Winsford's Amitaujas Jethani got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 64 played minutes Copford got a freekick which was hit by Sukhbirpal Swamy. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anantbir Sabdhu in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jayaraman Vadhwa saved Winsford from getting behind. Anantbir Sabdhu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jayaraman Vadhwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Amitaujas Jethani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Winsford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amitaujas Jethani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carusara Sabharwal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jayaraman Vadhwa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balraj Agrawal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Copford fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Copford's Anantbir Sabdhu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 93rd minute, Abhinita Chattha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carusara Sabharwal scored 2-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Akupya Parekh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
