Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Farnborough's Haratejas Chaudhary started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haratejas Chaudhary in the 3rd minute of play forced Bermondsey's goalkeeper Jagannath Irani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apasanka Tangadavi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Jagannath Irani made a huge save. Mohanbir Bhave took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sachgian Agrawal. Sachgian Agrawal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jagannath Irani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haratejas Chaudhary, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. If Harbajan Bahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sachgian Agrawal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harbajan Bahia in the 26th minute of play. Dhaval Pandey hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, Akaldeep Gupta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Farnborough's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bermondsey the free kick. In the 30th minute, Akaldeep Gupta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dharmamrta Johar's late challenge caught a Farnborough's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dharmamrta Johar helped the player get up and apologised. After 33 played minutes Bermondsey got a freekick which was hit by Dharmamrta Johar. Farnborough's Apasanka Tangadavi got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harbajan Bahia to make the kick off. Harbajan Bahia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kulaja Mahmi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of Bermondsey booed when Farnborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asvini Kler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jagannath Irani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apasanka Tangadavi in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd match minute, Bermondsey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dharmamrta Johar to maneuver through the defense. Harbajan Bahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Sachgian Agrawal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Jagdish Murthy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bermondsey's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Farnborough the free kick. A collision led to Bermondsey getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jagdish Murthy hit a great ball. Farnborough's Apasanka Tangadavi got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Apasanka Tangadavi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jagannath Irani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 played minutes Farnborough got a freekick which was hit by Asvini Kler. Haratejas Chaudhary sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
