In the 7th minute, Devasilpa Hundal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Taverham City's Devapandita Bedi didn't even have to move. When Navin Nayak came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the CalvUnited fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Navin Nayak couldn't finish the play. Dalamodaka Panu hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Avabodha Denhoy made a precise shot to the right of Devapandita Bedi. Taverham City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, CalvUnited's goal looked a bit too open when Ksitindra Sahni came free, but Raghuvenderpal Bedi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Balayani Sarang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taverham City's supporters rose to their feet, but Balayani Sarang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raghuvenderpal Bedi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gunidatta Johar kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Devapandita Bedi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 40th minute Kuhuk Chopra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raghuvenderpal Bedi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Navin Nayak kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Bhadrajatika Maheshwari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Devasilpa Hundal lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. With a little luck, CalvUnited's Raghuvenderpal Bedi got control of the ball when Kuhuk Chopra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bhadrajatika Maheshwari might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Devapandita Bedi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bhadrajatika Maheshwari ran back to his position shaking his head. Bhadrajatika Maheshwari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Devapandita Bedi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avabodha Denhoy in the 96th minute of play forced Taverham City's goalkeeper Devapandita Bedi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CalvUnited fans cheered their team off the field, for while Taverham City had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
