Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alin Toor started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alin Toor in the 4th minute of play forced Mirfield City's goalkeeper Anjanaparvan Sabnis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ajina Ghai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anjanaparvan Sabnis having to interfere. Alin Toor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Anjanaparvan Sabnis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When India's Alin Toor in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mirfield City's goalie prevented a goal. The Mirfield City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anjanaparvan Sabnis should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Mirfield City getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Vikas Nijjar hit a great ball. When Darshi Sinha fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mirfield City's protests and gave Darshi Sinha a yellow card for diving instead. Darshi Sinha hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ramkrishnan Sahni, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vikas Nijjar made a kick off. The supporters of India booed when Mirfield City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kakunda Ghoshal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alin Toor struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Anjanaparvan Sabnis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for India. After 73 minutes of play Mirfield City's Darshi Sinha was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 74 played minutes Mirfield City got a freekick which was hit by Darshi Sinha. Anjanaparvan Sabnis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alin Toor in the 75th minute of play. When Alin Toor came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the India fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alin Toor couldn't finish the play. Ajina Ghai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anjanaparvan Sabnis having to interfere. Vikas Nijjar hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Anjanaparvan Sabnis acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 83rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ramkrishnan Sahni. If Kakunda Ghoshal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vikas Nijjar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Akama Bal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anjanaparvan Sabnis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alin Toor, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched India eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
