Balsall Common:s Ahan Dango showed great skill when he stopped Rohan Chaddha:s penalty. Gopichandra Lalthangsanga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gyan Dindral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Lutterworth FC booed when Balsall Common was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamal Jhuti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lutterworth FC's Gopichandra Lalthangsanga got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ram Dwivedi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anuvitta Kamle hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Aryaki Ngullie sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lutterworth FC's Devya Rathod didn't even have to move. If Gyan Dindral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Lutterworth FC booed when Balsall Common was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bachanbinajit Sakhrie didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joginder Mukhopadhyay in the 40th minute of play forced Lutterworth FC's goalkeeper Devya Rathod to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amitosa Sekhon kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Rohan Chaddha fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lutterworth FC's protests and gave Rohan Chaddha a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Balsall Common a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aryaki Ngullie, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lutterworth FC's Devya Rathod. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gyan Dindral in the 48th minute of play forced Lutterworth FC's goalkeeper Devya Rathod to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Lutterworth FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Balsall Common were winning 0-1.

After 53 played minutes Balsall Common got a freekick which was hit by Asira Paranjpe. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gopichandra Lalthangsanga in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahan Dango prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th minute, Balsall Common's Joginder Mukhopadhyay dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. 61 minutes into the match, Lutterworth FC's Ram Dwivedi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahan Dango narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ahan Dango took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gopichandra Lalthangsanga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahan Dango showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gopichandra Lalthangsanga, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Kishor Sabnis kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Bachanbinajit Sakhrie's late challenge caught a Lutterworth FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bachanbinajit Sakhrie helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lutterworth FC booed when Balsall Common was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bachanbinajit Sakhrie didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Lutterworth FC's Rohan Chaddha tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Balsall Common's goalkeeper Ahan Dango, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gyan Dindral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute of the match, Joginder Mukhopadhyay tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Devya Rathod saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Joginder Mukhopadhyay, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 88 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Devya Rathod was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gyan Dindral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Balsall Common's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
