Ksitipati De started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Dorchester's Ranjeet Lianzuala got a free kick in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, Wanborough FC's Kaditula Lachenpa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Divyaprabhava Mandal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahan Mahalingappa's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Dorchester's Doraisvami Bahia got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the game, Adyasarana Kapur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wanborough FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dorchester the free kick. Adyasarana Kapur hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Doraisvami Bahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 played minutes Dorchester got a freekick which was hit by Bhavesh More. If Ksitipati De had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Divyaprabhava Mandal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahan Mahalingappa went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Ahan Mahalingappa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wanborough FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahan Mahalingappa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Divyaprabhava Mandal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Adityaprabha Sarang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Divyaprabhava Mandal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahan Mahalingappa in the 49th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Adityaprabha Sarang made the kick off in the second half. Adisesan Dambria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekanai Khanna in the 64th minute of play. Adityaprabha Sarang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adisesan Dambria having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Wanborough FC's goal looked a bit too open when Doraisvami Bahia came free, but Adisesan Dambria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adityaprabha Sarang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adisesan Dambria having to interfere. Dorchester's Divyaprabhava Mandal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Dorchester from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Dorchester's Ekanai Khanna got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Wanborough FC's Adisesan Dambria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adityaprabha Sarang in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Ahan Mahalingappa made a precise shot to the right of Divyaprabhava Mandal. Dorchester's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahan Mahalingappa in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Divyaprabhava Mandal saved Dorchester from getting behind. After having played for 85 minutes, Duleep Sodhi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wanborough FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duleep Sodhi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adyasarana Kapur got his second yellow card in the match during the 90th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Adyasarana Kapur hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Wanborough FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adityaprabha Sarang came free, but Adisesan Dambria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adisesan Dambria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doraisvami Bahia in the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Wanborough FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
