Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tarun Pahwa started the match with the kick off. If Atyaditya Jagur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarun Pahwa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Gyanprakash Kaal made a huge save. Atyaditya Jagur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tarun Pahwa in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gyanprakash Kaal saved Amberley from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Atherton City's goal looked a bit too open when Arjun Sawhney came free, but Kaldhuta Nayyar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tarun Pahwa in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gyanprakash Kaal saved Amberley from getting behind. Gyanprakash Kaal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Varinderjit Manjrekar in the 21st minute. Atherton City's Kaldhuta Nayyar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atyaditya Jagur in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24thth minute of the game Arjun Sawhney who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atherton City's Kaldhuta Nayyar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Amberley's Atyaditya Jagur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kaldhuta Nayyar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ambudhara Vadhwa hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Varinderjit Manjrekar could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Gyanprakash Kaal however easily saved by the left post. Amberley's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tarun Pahwa 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Amberley's Gyanprakash Kaal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candasa Pabley in the 40th minute of play. Arjun Sawhney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaldhuta Nayyar having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arjun Sawhney stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Amberley booed when Atherton City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isvaracandra Bakshi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaldhuta Nayyar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arjun Sawhney's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Atherton City's Kaldhuta Nayyar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Atherton City from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the match, Amberley's goal looked a bit too open when Varinderjit Manjrekar came free, but Gyanprakash Kaal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarun Pahwa in the 65th minute of play forced Amberley's goalkeeper Gyanprakash Kaal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Atherton City's goal looked a bit too open when Arjun Sawhney came free, but Kaldhuta Nayyar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atyaditya Jagur got free with Kaldhuta Nayyar in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Varinderjit Manjrekar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gyanprakash Kaal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Ambudhara Vadhwa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amberley's Gyanprakash Kaal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Varinderjit Manjrekar in the 75th minute of play. If Candasa Pabley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tarun Pahwa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 85 minutes, Arjun Sawhney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amberley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arjun Sawhney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damodaragoun Sutantar during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th minute, Damodaragoun Sutantar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arjun Sawhney in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kaldhuta Nayyar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the match, Amberley's goal looked a bit too open when Tarun Pahwa came free, but Gyanprakash Kaal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gyanprakash Kaal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tarun Pahwa went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Amberley players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Atherton City.
