In the 3rd match minute, West Kirby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Satwinder Kapur to maneuver through the defense. Satwinder Kapur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atiya Deshpande having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dhillon Shukla during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Gravesend FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Dhillon Shukla hit a great ball. Satwinder Kapur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Atiya Deshpande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Itar Gopalkrishnan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 18th minute of the match Janarajan Dev shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sajjan Uppal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Satwinder Kapur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atiya Deshpande having to interfere. Anandin Gugral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeevan Birdi kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Anandin Gugral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gravesend FC's Atiya Deshpande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Itar Gopalkrishnan in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of West Kirby FC booed when Gravesend FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dhillon Shukla didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, West Kirby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anandin Gugral came free, but Sajjan Uppal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Satwinder Kapur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atiya Deshpande having to interfere. Ajitanatha Kamle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Satwinder Kapur to make the kick off. After taking down the ball on West Kirby FC's corner Amarpreet Dass fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Atiya Deshpande quite easily take care of the ball. In the 58th minute, Itar Gopalkrishnan made a precise shot to the right of Atiya Deshpande. Gravesend FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Sajjan Uppal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anandin Gugral, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 69th minute Anandin Gugral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sajjan Uppal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Satwinder Kapur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atiya Deshpande having to interfere. After having played for 80 minutes, Satwinder Kapur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. West Kirby FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Satwinder Kapur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute Itar Gopalkrishnan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atiya Deshpande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Itar Gopalkrishnan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Atiya Deshpande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeevan Birdi might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atiya Deshpande. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. West Kirby FC's Sajjan Uppal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jagannathan Denhoy in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded West Kirby FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gravesend FC.
