Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sonal Rekhi started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Plymouth's Abhinandita Jammu got control of the ball when Hemant Kaal tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Burnham on Sea getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Janaswami Rahul hit a great ball. Hemant Kaal came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Abhinandita Jammu could save by the left post. Burnham on Sea's Hemant Kaal got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Plymouth's Abhinandita Jammu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candrasman Balil in the 15th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Ankura Sagoo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Plymouth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Sonal Rekhi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st match minute, Burnham on Sea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jang Prewal to maneuver through the defense. Hemant Kaal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abhinandita Jammu having to interfere. Abhinandita Jammu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hemant Kaal in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Burnham on Sea's goal looked a bit too open when Sonal Rekhi came free, but Kantida Marathe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Candrasman Balil fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Abhinandita Jammu, passed just outside the right post. 47 minutes into the match, Burnham on Sea's Hemant Kaal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abhinandita Jammu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Candrasman Balil to strike the kick off in the second half. Hemant Kaal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Burnham on Sea booed when Plymouth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jivabhuta Paranjpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hemant Kaal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 64 minutes, Candrasman Balil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burnham on Sea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Candrasman Balil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hemant Kaal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Plymouth's Jivabhuta Paranjpe got a free kick in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Plymouth's goal looked a bit too open when Hemant Kaal came free, but Abhinandita Jammu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hemant Kaal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Abhinandita Jammu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Plymouth eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
