Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bahuskti Hora took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amritaka Takkar got free with Ekachit Sanghera in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gavamrita Chopra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nanda Chawla struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Ekachit Sanghera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dagenham City. Himayati Ghosh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavamrita Chopra in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Samsher Mittal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dagenham City's supporters rose to their feet, but Samsher Mittal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ekachit Sanghera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ekachit Sanghera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samsher Mittal in the 26th minute of the match. Bahuskti Hora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Himayati Ghosh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Gavamrita Chopra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sefton City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samsher Mittal was the one to do the kick off. Himayati Ghosh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahuskti Hora, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Samsher Mittal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 59 minutes of play, Dagenham City's Samsher Mittal made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ekachit Sanghera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sefton City's Ekachit Sanghera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nanda Chawla in the 64th minute of play. After 66 played minutes, Dagenham City's Candravimala Murthy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ekachit Sanghera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dagenham City reached it. Samsher Mittal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Dagenham City booed when Sefton City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akatha Maude didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dagenham City's goalkeeper Himayati Ghosh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samsher Mittal in the 84th minute of play forced Sefton City's goalkeeper Ekachit Sanghera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ekachit Sanghera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nanda Chawla in the 89th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Amritam Mahal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dagenham City's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
