Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Asitadhvaja Manjrekar came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Buckingham City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Asitadhvaja Manjrekar couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute Asitadhvaja Manjrekar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kishan Tiwari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Grimsby getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Annadeva Shankar hit a great ball. The supporters of Grimsby booed when Buckingham City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angavaha Das didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vinayak Dias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Asvini Sandhu made a huge save. Annadeva Shankar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Asvini Sandhu made a huge save. Vinayak Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Asvini Sandhu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Inan Kang made a precise shot to the right of Kishan Tiwari. Grimsby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Vinayak Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Asitadhvaja Manjrekar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th match minute, Grimsby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bhargavaka Ghoshal to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Annadeva Shankar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grimsby fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ramnath Dev charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramnath Dev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Grimsby's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yadleen Bassi in the 51st minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vinayak Dias to make the kick off. Kishan Tiwari was a little too slow when Asitadhvaja Manjrekar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 1-2. Vinayak Dias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Asvini Sandhu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 68th play minute Inan Kang came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kishan Tiwari. 1-3. Annadeva Shankar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Grimsby's Vinayak Dias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Asvini Sandhu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Asitadhvaja Manjrekar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Kishan Tiwari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Asitadhvaja Manjrekar struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Kishan Tiwari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buckingham City. When the match had been going on for 89 minutes, Buckingham City's Ramnath Dev got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Kishan Tiwari. In the 96th minute Vinayak Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asvini Sandhu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Annadeva Shankar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Asvini Sandhu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Grimsby supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Buckingham City's performance. The match ended with a win for Buckingham City.
