Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Anuyayin Jammu made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute Acarya Sethi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Massem Gala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 5 minutes, Kuljeet Beesla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dunton Bassett's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kuljeet Beesla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kalpesa Sawhney made an important save on a dangerous shot by Campeya Reel in the 8th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Acarya Sethi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dunton Bassett's supporters rose to their feet, but Acarya Sethi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Massem Gala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kuljeet Beesla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Massem Gala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sheth Reel hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Dunton Bassett's Kalpesa Sawhney got control of the ball when Campeya Reel tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Anuyayin Jammu came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Polaris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anuyayin Jammu couldn't finish the play. Anuyayin Jammu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Kalpesa Sawhney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dunton Bassett's Kuljeet Beesla got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gopu Pannu shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Kuljeet Beesla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute Acarya Sethi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Massem Gala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Acarya Sethi made a kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Kuljeet Beesla got a very nice opportunity to score, but Massem Gala was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Campeya Reel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balwant Bisla took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kalpesa Sawhney. Dunton Bassett's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dunton Bassett's Kalpesa Sawhney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anuyayin Jammu in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Campeya Reel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Polaris fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Kalpesa Sawhney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anuyayin Jammu in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Atimaya Sohota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Anuyayin Jammu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Dunton Bassett's Dharma Lalli got a free kick in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Dharma Lalli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dunton Bassett's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Polaris the free kick. A collision led to Dunton Bassett getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Dharma Lalli hit a great ball. Campeya Reel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anuyayin Jammu in the 83rd minute of play forced Dunton Bassett's goalkeeper Kalpesa Sawhney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Acarya Sethi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 minutes of play Dunton Bassett's Dharma Lalli was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 89th minute Anuyayin Jammu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalpesa Sawhney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalpesa Sawhney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anuyayin Jammu in the 90th minute of the match. Campeya Reel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalpesa Sawhney having to interfere.
