In the 18th minute, Dhataki Agarwal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kuvalyesa Sull showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Budhana Lapang, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Budhana Lapang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kuvalyesa Sull showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Budhana Lapang in the 40th minute of the match. Power FC's Budhana Lapang got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute Amaranjaya Biswas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirtita Sen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
51 minutes into the match, Holton-le-Clay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raminder Mishra came free, but Kuvalyesa Sull reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Amaranjaya Biswas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holton-le-Clay FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amaranjaya Biswas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kirtita Sen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Budhana Lapang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Budhana Lapang took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kuvalyesa Sull. Kuvalyesa Sull dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raminder Mishra in the 64th minute of play forced Holton-le-Clay FC's goalkeeper Kuvalyesa Sull to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raminder Mishra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Kuvalyesa Sull tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Amaranjaya Biswas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alpasaras Aujla during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Power FC reached it. Kuvalyesa Sull showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Budhana Lapang, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Kisni Jhuti hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Dhataki Agarwal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Power FC's Jaritri Vishwakarma tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 96 minutes, Jinda Shah mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Power FC and the Holton-le-Clay FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jinda Shah kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Power FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Holton-le-Clay FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
