Gurbachan Holkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prem Aulakh having to interfere. Prem Aulakh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaimalla Gurung in the 14th minute of play. Asurayana Barn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Putney AFC's goalkeeper Admani Sukhija had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Astaratha Sen. If Astaratha Sen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Putney AFC's Gurbachan Holkar got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Knebworth's Gita Goyal got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Asuman Nayak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, Gurbachan Holkar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Prem Aulakh. The goal made the score 0-2. Jaimalla Gurung sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Asurayana Barn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adarsh Aulakh hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Prem Aulakh came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Putney AFC's Jaimalla Gurung. But to his dismay, Jaimalla Gurung quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Admani Sukhija showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asurayana Barn in the 87th minute of the match. Gurbachan Holkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prem Aulakh having to interfere. When the match was over Putney AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Knebworth throughout the match.
