Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arja Bansal took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Giriraj Som came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Freshwater United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giriraj Som couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Freshwater United getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Jaideva Kumar hit a great ball. Javanila Kler kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Giriraj Som did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Jaskeerat Ralte 10 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, Javanila Kler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Horley City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Freshwater United the free kick. After a rather tough play, Horley City's Javanila Kler got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes Arja Bansal rounded Horley City's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. If Devasakti Ojha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khullana Dhami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narendra Sawhney in the 26th minute of the match. Giriraj Som received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jaskeerat Ralte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Devasakti Ojha struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Khullana Dhami didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horley City. Giriraj Som received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Jaskeerat Ralte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaskeerat Ralte made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Giriraj Som sent off a good shot on target. Jaskeerat Ralte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arja Bansal, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute Devasakti Ojha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khullana Dhami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaskeerat Ralte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arja Bansal's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. After 53 played minutes Horley City got a freekick which was hit by Jasminder Dhami. Devasakti Ojha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Dhruvi Bhatti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute of the match Ajanidha Ragi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khullana Dhami skillfully saved the ball. Khullana Dhami took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narendra Sawhney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narendra Sawhney in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Khullana Dhami saved Freshwater United from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Giriraj Som hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Devasakti Ojha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Khullana Dhami made a huge save. Narendra Sawhney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Khullana Dhami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Horley City's goal looked a bit too open when Arja Bansal came free, but Jaskeerat Ralte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Freshwater United's Arja Bansal in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Horley City's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Freshwater United had won after a very even match.
