To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Akrodhana Sen stood somewhat misplaced when Ravi Bassi came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 71 minute. Purfleet City's Charandeep Chawla got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Akrodhana Sen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jasminder Dhami in the 79th minute. The supporters of Horley City booed when Purfleet City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bishwajeet Kaila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narendra Sawhney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horley City's Jaskeerat Ralte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nitya Ram in the 87th minute of play. Jaskeerat Ralte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charandeep Chawla in the 93rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jasminder Dhami during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Horley City's Jasminder Dhami got a free kick in the 94th minute. Purfleet City were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Horley City for a fine match.
