In the 23rd minute Atamas Dambria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinando Serafini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Attilio Vettori in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caruhasan Ghoshal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute, Castletown City's Çağdaş Ronaldinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Caruhasan Ghoshal. Caruhasan Ghoshal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Ferdinando Serafini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Devila Biswas, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute of the match HAMMER got a corner. Castletown City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Atamas Dambria ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Atamas Dambria got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ferdinando Serafini quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to HAMMER getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Sobha Mandal hit a great ball. Çağdaş Ronaldinho charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Çağdaş Ronaldinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of HAMMER booed when Castletown City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağdaş Ronaldinho didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Çağdaş Ronaldinho made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, HAMMER's goal looked a bit too open when Çağdaş Ronaldinho came free, but Caruhasan Ghoshal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Çağdaş Ronaldinho took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caruhasan Ghoshal. Caruhasan Ghoshal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Attilio Vettori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinando Serafini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Dipen Pinto hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Atamas Dambria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Ferdinando Serafini made a huge save. Paramjit Jaggi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ferdinando Serafini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Castletown City's Ferdinando Serafini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paramjit Jaggi in the 88th minute of play. If Devila Biswas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Paramjit Jaggi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute Atamas Dambria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinando Serafini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Castletown City's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
