Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ban Sai Sathon's Patrapoom Lertwith started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Ban Sai Sathon got a freekick which was hit by Intorn Pirunkunakorn. In the 6th minute Tha Hin were awarded a corner. Saran Leecharoenpak went to the cornerflag to take it. Saran Leecharoenpak made a great header on Tha Hin's corner, it was just that Ban Sai Sathon's Chanathip Thongjib managed to reach the ball for a save. Adisorn Wannasakulcharoen charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adisorn Wannasakulcharoen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th match minute, Tha Hin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adisorn Wannasakulcharoen to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Tha Hin's goalkeeper Rathasart Posapsopa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sunthon Waiyarup. In the 10th minute, Tha Hin's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sunthon Waiyarup fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 12th match minute, Ban Sai Sathon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuttanavee Pangput to maneuver through the defense. Jiradet Poomsopa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Khunakorn Kittrongtokal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chanathip Thongjib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khunakorn Kittrongtokal, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Chanathip Thongjib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiradet Poomsopa in the 21st minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Ban Sai Sathon got a freekick which was hit by Intorn Pirunkunakorn. In the 28th minute, Sunthon Waiyarup got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patrapoom Lertwith's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rathasart Posapsopa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 36thth minute of the game Khunakorn Kittrongtokal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ban Sai Sathon's Chanathip Thongjib was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Tha Hin getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Khunakorn Kittrongtokal hit a great ball. Tha Hin's Jiradet Poomsopa got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Tha Hin's Jiradet Poomsopa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chanathip Thongjib narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Sommit Sangsa in the 54th minute of play forced Tha Hin's goalkeeper Rathasart Posapsopa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khunakorn Kittrongtokal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chanathip Thongjib having to make a save. Jiradet Poomsopa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 65 minutes, Jiradet Poomsopa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tha Hin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jiradet Poomsopa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jiradet Poomsopa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chanathip Thongjib having to interfere. Jiradet Poomsopa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Chanathip Thongjib firmly grabbed it by the left post. With his leg Chanathip Thongjib managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Tha Hin's Jiradet Poomsopa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
