In the 11th minute, Poomtanit Padkunjan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Apirak Sinarurad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phoompat Thungsuphoothi, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Pornthep Waiyarup had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Napapon Keawdongta. Ban Fa Ham's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pornthep Waiyarup was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Apirak Sinarurad had great luck who in the 24thth minute grab hold of the ball when Phoompat Thungsuphoothi from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Apirak Sinarurad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phoompat Thungsuphoothi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panyasilp Noksagun struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Napapon Keawdongta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ban Khon Toei. Poomtanit Padkunjan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Phoompat Thungsuphoothi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

With an all-out effort, Ban Khon Toei's Napapon Keawdongta threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Panyasilp Noksagun, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 59th match minute, Ban Khon Toei was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kanes Chomchoei to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Phoompat Thungsuphoothi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ban Fa Ham's supporters rose to their feet, but Phoompat Thungsuphoothi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apirak Sinarurad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Pornthep Waiyarup fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Panyasilp Noksagun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napapon Keawdongta having to interfere. Pornthep Waiyarup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Panyasilp Noksagun during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ban Khon Toei's Panyasilp Noksagun got a free kick in the 73rd minute.
