The supporters of Ban Na Samian booed when Khon Chiam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cherdchai Panarat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sanea Tansakulpichit in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chairat Chasuwan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the match, Ban Na Samian's Sanea Tansakulpichit sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chairat Chasuwan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sanea Tansakulpichit might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chairat Chasuwan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sanea Tansakulpichit ran back to his position shaking his head. Pinpetch Sangkaewe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Sarawut Soisuwan made a huge save. 35 minutes into the match, Pakin Weerarak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chairat Chasuwan. Khon Chiam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pakin Weerarak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Sanea Tansakulpichit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ban Na Samian's supporters rose to their feet, but Sanea Tansakulpichit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chairat Chasuwan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Khon Chiam's Pinpetch Sangkaewe got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 43 minutes, Pinpetch Sangkaewe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khon Chiam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pinpetch Sangkaewe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ban Na Samian's Pongkit Pinitmontree got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pitak Khunsaardsri during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Khon Chiam's Pitak Khunsaardsri got a free kick in the 46th minute. When Pongkit Pinitmontree came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Ban Na Samian fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pongkit Pinitmontree couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The wind increased when Chaitus Boonyonk made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Chaitus Boonyonk made a precise shot to the right of Sarawut Soisuwan. Ban Na Samian's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ban Na Samian's zone, Chaitus Boonyonk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sarawut Soisuwan came out of the goal and Chaitus Boonyonk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tissadee Hanateh charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tissadee Hanateh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 73 minutes, Chaitus Boonyonk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khon Chiam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chaitus Boonyonk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sarawut Soisuwan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pinpetch Sangkaewe went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Chaitus Boonyonk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Khon Chiam's supporters rose to their feet, but Chaitus Boonyonk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sarawut Soisuwan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pongkit Pinitmontree came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Chairat Chasuwan could save by the left post. After 92 played minutes Ban Na Samian got a freekick which was hit by Tissadee Hanateh. After 94 played minutes, Khon Chiam's Somjai Kanjanaungkoun shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sarawut Soisuwan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Khon Chiam reached it. Pinpetch Sangkaewe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Sarawut Soisuwan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Khon Chiam fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ban Na Samian had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
