After 11 played minutes Bunluesak Kamalasai rounded Ban Kham Toei's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Nuttawut Saedan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Songphop Boontannoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute Worawat Jintanagoon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songphop Boontannoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Chamlong Pangjai fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ban Noen Sombun's protests and gave Chamlong Pangjai a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ban Noen Sombun getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Chamlong Pangjai hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the game, Woraphong Lakkanapipat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ban Kham Toei's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ban Noen Sombun the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ban Kham Toei's Woraphong Lakkanapipat got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute, Manop Thipputrakaew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ban Kham Toei's Nuttawut Saedan got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Nuttawut Saedan came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Ban Kham Toei fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuttawut Saedan couldn't finish the play. Worawat Jintanagoon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bunluesak Kamalasai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sittidech Phasuk having to interfere. With a little luck, Ban Kham Toei's Sittidech Phasuk got control of the ball when Manop Thipputrakaew tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bunluesak Kamalasai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sittidech Phasuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bunluesak Kamalasai in the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of Ban Noen Sombun booed when Ban Kham Toei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bunluesak Thatwisai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sittidech Phasuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bunluesak Kamalasai, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ban Kham Toei's goalkeeper Sittidech Phasuk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bunluesak Kamalasai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 72 minutes, Manop Thipputrakaew managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ban Noen Sombun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manop Thipputrakaew was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bunluesak Kamalasai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Sittidech Phasuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ban Noen Sombun's Bunluesak Kamalasai got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Chamlong Terajinda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sittidech Phasuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bunluesak Kamalasai in the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Ban Kham Toei getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Songkran Jirakraisri hit a great ball. Wicharn Nophakoon charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wicharn Nophakoon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Wicharn Nophakoon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Worawat Jintanagoon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Songphop Boontannoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuttawut Saedan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ban Kham Toei's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
