The audience thought a goal was coming when Sitthachat Dangsagul got free with Nithikorn Nophakoon in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Kasem Olankittikun fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ban Lan Tao's protests and gave Kasem Olankittikun a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chang Thai booed when Ban Lan Tao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kasem Olankittikun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nithikorn Nophakoon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sitthachat Dangsagul in the 16th minute. Watana Yangyuen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patanapong Thanomnam in the 21st minute of the match. After 28 minutes of play Ban Lan Tao's Kasem Olankittikun was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Chang Thai booed when Ban Lan Tao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kasem Olankittikun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nithikorn Nophakoon acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Wittawath Boriboonphun. In the 31st minute, Rawat Petraunthong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teeradech Jaoboon's late challenge caught a Ban Lan Tao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teeradech Jaoboon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd match minute, Chang Thai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teeradech Jaoboon to maneuver through the defense. Watana Yangyuen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rathapoome Siripitak in the 39th minute of the match. Ban Lan Tao's Nithikorn Nophakoon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Ban Lan Tao from getting a goal against them. Runchit Yemyen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Nithikorn Nophakoon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rathapoome Siripitak to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Patanapong Thanomnam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ban Lan Tao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chang Thai the free kick. After 51 played minutes Ban Lan Tao got a freekick which was hit by Patanapong Thanomnam. Chang Thai's Watana Yangyuen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Chang Thai from getting a goal against them. Nithikorn Nophakoon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Runchit Yemyen in the 63rd minute of the match. Sitthachat Dangsagul's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nithikorn Nophakoon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Runchit Yemyen in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nithikorn Nophakoon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Watana Yangyuen made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Rathapoome Siripitak sent off a good shot on target. After 78 played minutes Chang Thai got a freekick which was hit by Yothee Boonkasemsin. Rathapoome Siripitak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ban Lan Tao's Watisak Tantaparpa got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Watana Yangyuen made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Rathapoome Siripitak sent off a good shot on target. Ban Lan Tao's Rathapoome Siripitak got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chalermkwun Boonyarattanakalin during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chalermkwun Boonyarattanakalin kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to Ban Lan Tao getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Chanwut Ngamvilai hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, Ban Lan Tao failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
