Somrote Mapinta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thammanoon Sanhatham having to interfere. If Thongdee Saenluang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 21 minutes, Somrote Mapinta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kömürspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Somrote Mapinta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Watsapol Naowarat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thammanoon Sanhatham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thongdee Saenluang's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Thongdee Saenluang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thammanoon Sanhatham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. With his leg Thammanoon Sanhatham managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Kömürspor's Somrote Mapinta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thongdee Saenluang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thammanoon Sanhatham having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ban Khok Kaeo's zone, Somrote Mapinta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thammanoon Sanhatham came out of the goal and Somrote Mapinta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thongdee Saenluang to make the kick off. If Watsapol Naowarat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kömürspor getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Theerapong Chaiprapa hit a great ball. Thammanoon Sanhatham came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Kömürspor's Thongdee Saenluang. But to his dismay, Thongdee Saenluang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ban Khok Kaeo's goalkeeper Thammanoon Sanhatham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After recieving a nice pass, Kömürspor's Songsak Samol tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thongdee Saenluang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Thammanoon Sanhatham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thunyathorn Chaingam in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sanea Phatthanasing saved Kömürspor from getting behind. Thammanoon Sanhatham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thongdee Saenluang, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. When Kömürspor's Somrote Mapinta in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kömürspor fully deserved thier win.
