Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ban Nong Bon's Thammasak Morpeak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ban Boeng Mai's Soontorn Bunying played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thammasak Morpeak in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nantichai Keaopradung in the 13th minute of play forced Ban Nong Bon's goalkeeper Charoen Kayan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ban Boeng Mai's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Thammasak Morpeak 16 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Ban Boeng Mai's zone, Thammasak Morpeak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Soontorn Bunying came out of the goal and Thammasak Morpeak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nantichai Keaopradung fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charoen Kayan having to interfere. Charoen Kayan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nantichai Keaopradung in the 25th minute of the match. Thammasak Morpeak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Soontorn Bunying tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Soontorn Bunying was a little too slow when Thammasak Morpeak got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 3-0. The audience was convinced that Narong Jirakraisri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charoen Kayan was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Nantichai Keaopradung sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sommit Phasuparb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Charoen Kayan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nantichai Keaopradung to strike the kick off in the second half. Tanawut Thongoun's late challenge caught a Ban Boeng Mai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tanawut Thongoun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ban Boeng Mai's goalkeeper Soontorn Bunying, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yossapol Boonthong hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. When Nantichai Keaopradung came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ban Boeng Mai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nantichai Keaopradung couldn't finish the play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Nantichai Keaopradung who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ban Nong Bon's Charoen Kayan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nantichai Keaopradung in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charoen Kayan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sommit Phasuparb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Charoen Kayan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Ban Nong Bon's goalkeeper Charoen Kayan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sommit Phasuparb. After some careless play in the Ban Boeng Mai defense, Jakkapan Vongdid kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Soontorn Bunying. The Ban Boeng Mai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Soontorn Bunying should have stopped the shot. Sommit Phasuparb took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charoen Kayan. Charoen Kayan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Sommit Phasuparb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Nantichai Keaopradung got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Ban Nong Bon's goalkeeper Charoen Kayan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sommit Phasuparb. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ban Boeng Mai players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ban Nong Bon.
