Sirirat Karurum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mongkol Kunmaturos having to interfere. Rathapoome Boonkoom got in the 5th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Mongkol Kunmaturos handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Tawat Kosanwat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Tharathorn Wanta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mongkol Kunmaturos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sirirat Karurum in the 14th minute. Nong Thanon's Tharathorn Wanta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tawat Kosanwat in the 17th minute of play. Koranop Tummakron charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Koranop Tummakron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Koranop Tummakron hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Tawat Kosanwat struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Tharathorn Wanta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ban Naung Bang. Thawatchai Wichachai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Rathapoome Boonkoom made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Sirirat Karurum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mongkol Kunmaturos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ban Naung Bang booed when Nong Thanon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sompol Krukamkaow didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tawat Kosanwat in the 57th minute of play forced Nong Thanon's goalkeeper Tharathorn Wanta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Rathapoome Boonkoom notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ban Naung Bang's Mongkol Kunmaturos. Mongkol Kunmaturos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ban Naung Bang's goalkeeper Mongkol Kunmaturos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mongkol Kunmaturos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rathapoome Boonkoom went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute, Thanasak Saengsri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tharathorn Wanta, passed just outside the right post. Thawatchai Wichachai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Tharathorn Wanta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rathapoome Boonkoom in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mongkol Kunmaturos saved Ban Naung Bang from getting behind. Nong Thanon's Sirirat Karurum got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Nong Thanon's Sirirat Karurum in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ban Naung Bang's goalie prevented a goal. Tharathorn Wanta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tawat Kosanwat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ban Naung Bang's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
