Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Borom Junhom hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 12 played minutes Ban Hnong Hoi got a freekick which was hit by Borom Junhom. In the 13th minute, Nititorn Ruangkate sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ban Hnong Hoi's Kasiphop Yimchorhor didn't even have to move. Ban Hnong Hoi's Kasiphop Yimchorhor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aran Makbun in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rungroj Nistelrooy in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anurak Jitjai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nattaphong Pannok fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anurak Jitjai having to interfere. A collision led to Ban Huai Kai getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Kittipat Nuchpan hit a great ball. In the 28th minute of the match Watcharaphong Thongsee sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anurak Jitjai skillfully saved the ball. After 29 played minutes Ban Hnong Hoi got a freekick which was hit by Jakkavut Laojumpon. In the 30th minute of the match Nititorn Ruangkate shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kasiphop Yimchorhor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ban Huai Kai's Aran Makbun got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kittipat Nuchpan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kasiphop Yimchorhor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aran Makbun's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ban Huai Kai's goalkeeper Anurak Jitjai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Rungroj Nistelrooy came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Ban Hnong Hoi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rungroj Nistelrooy couldn't finish the play. Nattaphong Pannok succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nattaphong Pannok to make the kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Jakkavut Laojumpon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anurak Jitjai showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rungroj Nistelrooy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anurak Jitjai having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Nattaphong Pannok left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ban Hnong Hoi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Aran Makbun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the game, Banhan Tanpattanarat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ban Hnong Hoi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ban Huai Kai the free kick. 74 minutes into the match, Ban Huai Kai's Nititorn Ruangkate broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rungroj Nistelrooy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Anurak Jitjai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aran Makbun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ban Huai Kai players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ban Hnong Hoi.
