The supporters of Ban Bua Yang booed when Ban Tha Kao (1) was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Somyod Jiantiw didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Adiwut Nitchot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Somyod Jiantiw's late challenge caught a Ban Bua Yang's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Somyod Jiantiw helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Ban Tha Kao (1) got a freekick which was hit by Somyod Jiantiw. In the 8th match minute, Ban Tha Kao (1) was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dusit Phontawee to maneuver through the defense. Amnaj Polyiam kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. If Adiwut Nitchot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute, Adiwut Nitchot reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Petnarong Petraunthong. The goal made the score 1-0. Petnarong Petraunthong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adiwut Nitchot in the 22nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ban Bua Yang's zone, Chaowalit Cholsin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Somporn Savetvet came out of the goal and Chaowalit Cholsin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Chaowalit Cholsin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Chanboon Minanda put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Somporn Savetvet. Petnarong Petraunthong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kerkrit Pongsittisak in the 44th minute. Chaowalit Cholsin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Somporn Savetvet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chanboon Minanda in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 54th minute Chanboon Minanda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Somporn Savetvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kerkrit Pongsittisak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Somporn Savetvet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chanboon Minanda in the 65th minute of play. Adiwut Nitchot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Petnarong Petraunthong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ban Tha Kao (1)'s Somyod Jiantiw got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Petnarong Petraunthong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerkrit Pongsittisak in the 75th minute of the match. Petnarong Petraunthong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kerkrit Pongsittisak in the 77th minute of play. Pat Nopprasert charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pat Nopprasert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Ban Tha Kao (1) got a freekick which was hit by Pat Nopprasert. Petnarong Petraunthong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piyasak Kongsuruang in the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ban Tha Kao (1)'s zone, Adiwut Nitchot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petnarong Petraunthong came out of the goal and Adiwut Nitchot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chanboon Minanda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Somporn Savetvet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chanboon Minanda in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Somporn Savetvet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
