Issares Singjarnusong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wannawit Chaimachchim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wissarut Laolada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tha Sung fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Wannawit Chaimachchim, was totally fooled by Ban Naung Huai's Tanadol Patumpattanakit, who 38 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Kampol Siriprasert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sadayut Boonnoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Issares Singjarnusong having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wissarut Laolada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Siam Chunpramun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Issares Singjarnusong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sadayut Boonnoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sadayut Boonnoy succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 58th playminute. Siam Chunpramun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kampol Siriprasert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Siam Chunpramun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sadayut Boonnoy took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Issares Singjarnusong. Issares Singjarnusong dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 88 played minutes, Tha Sung's Taratorn Thepkham shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Issares Singjarnusong came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tha Sung reached it. When the final whistle sounded Tha Sung left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ban Naung Huai.
