Samai Samol's late challenge caught a Ban Sop Prap's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samai Samol helped the player get up and apologised. Samai Samol hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Sunchai Ronaldinho came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Palat Chauk's Thanachai Paisanvongdee. But to his dismay, Thanachai Paisanvongdee quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 38th minute of the match, Teerapat Malarat got a very nice opportunity to score, but Phongpat Jintanagoon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kiattinat Seekasorn charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kiattinat Seekasorn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ban Sop Prap getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Kiattinat Seekasorn hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Thanachai Paisanvongdee's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sunchai Ronaldinho was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Athip Dumklin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Thanachai Paisanvongdee in the 53rd minute of play forced Ban Sop Prap's goalkeeper Sunchai Ronaldinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teerapat Malarat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phongpat Jintanagoon having to interfere. Chalermphol Jintanagoon struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Sunchai Ronaldinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palat Chauk. In the 68th minute, Samai Samol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thanachai Paisanvongdee during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Athip Dumklin got free with Sunchai Ronaldinho in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Palat Chauk's Thanachai Paisanvongdee got a free kick in the 78th minute. If Teerapat Malarat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Athip Dumklin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match was over Palat Chauk could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ban Sop Prap throughout the match.
