Kampong Nam Bau's Kanoksak Chollnakasom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Decha Kulapipatrat in the 13th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chaisin Nuses couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Ban Dibon's zone, Nirut Kamalasai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taweechai Juntarapornkul came out of the goal and Nirut Kamalasai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Subannet Thongtiw made the kick off in the second half. Kampong Nam Bau's Kanoksak Chollnakasom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Kampong Nam Bau from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Kampong Nam Bau's Kanoksak Chollnakasom got control of the ball when Decha Kulapipatrat tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute, Decha Kulapipatrat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kanoksak Chollnakasom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Ban Dibon booed when Kampong Nam Bau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taweechai Juntarapornkul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boondee Kongsuruang in the 68th minute of play. Ban Dibon's Taweechai Juntarapornkul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boondee Kongsuruang in the 75th minute of play. Decha Kulapipatrat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Kanoksak Chollnakasom made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Subannet Thongtiw in the 80th minute of play forced Kampong Nam Bau's goalkeeper Kanoksak Chollnakasom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ban Dibon booed when Kampong Nam Bau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Banyong Samae didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Subannet Thongtiw got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
