After having played for 39 minutes, Witoon Boonpetrat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ban Pha Doet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witoon Boonpetrat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sawaruth Phauypool stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sawaruth Phauypool's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Weerapong Intamon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Manachai Danjasda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adirek Thepnao, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Witoon Boonpetrat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Weerapong Intamon. Weerapong Intamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manachai Danjasda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adirek Thepnao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Ban Pha Doet's Sawaruth Phauypool sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Weerapong Intamon narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
