Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ban Ka Long's Aekkasit Tumkhunha started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ban Mae Klong's Narin Hnoosomton was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 4th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Narin Hnoosomton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Chayanin Keaosiwai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Khunakorn Youkoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chayanin Keaosiwai having to interfere. When Sompol Sanghirun fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ban Mae Klong's protests and gave Sompol Sanghirun a yellow card for diving instead. Sirirat Khenaphoom came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Ban Ka Long's Aekkasit Tumkhunha. But to his dismay, Aekkasit Tumkhunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Ban Mae Klong booed when Ban Ka Long was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Phanuwat Teamkaw didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narin Hnoosomton might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chayanin Keaosiwai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Narin Hnoosomton ran back to his position shaking his head. Aekkasit Tumkhunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aekkasit Tumkhunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nikorn Kanchalai's late challenge caught a Ban Ka Long's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikorn Kanchalai helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ban Mae Klong getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Nikorn Kanchalai hit a great ball. Sirirat Khenaphoom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sittisak Choomruangsri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aekkasit Tumkhunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Khunakorn Youkoli to strike the kick off in the second half. Sittisak Choomruangsri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sirirat Khenaphoom having to make a save. Sirirat Khenaphoom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aekkasit Tumkhunha in the 53rd minute of play. Narin Hnoosomton struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Chayanin Keaosiwai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ban Mae Klong. A collision led to Ban Ka Long getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Sarana Tawantoo hit a great ball. The goalkeeper, Sirirat Khenaphoom, was totally fooled by Ban Ka Long's Sapaya Teamkaw, who 70 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 79th minute of the match Kanes Wanasaree sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sirirat Khenaphoom skillfully saved the ball. Torranin Jumpasee hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute of the match Sapaya Teamkaw shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sirirat Khenaphoom showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Siripong Sakintaniyom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ban Mae Klong's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ban Ka Long the free kick. Siripong Sakintaniyom hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 99 minutes into the match, Ban Mae Klong's goal looked a bit too open when Aekkasit Tumkhunha came free, but Sirirat Khenaphoom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 99th minute, Aekkasit Tumkhunha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ban Ka Long fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ban Ka Long walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
