In the 9thth minute of the game Sek Kubkratouk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ban Tum Nua's Samai Panbue was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Ban Tum Nua's Kidsada Thanomsin got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Ronnapob Muangon came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Saphan Kwai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronnapob Muangon couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, İsa Doğulu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saphan Kwai's supporters rose to their feet, but İsa Doğulu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samai Panbue breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samai Panbue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sek Kubkratouk, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. With 22 minutes on the clock, Buncha Borwongovitsakul commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave Saphan Kwai a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luiz Gustavo Brasil, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ban Tum Nua's Samai Panbue. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Sek Kubkratouk managed to get in a good position for a shot. The audience was convinced that Sek Kubkratouk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samai Panbue was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sek Kubkratouk in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samai Panbue saved Ban Tum Nua from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sek Kubkratouk in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samai Panbue prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ronnapob Muangon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes Ban Tum Nua got a freekick which was hit by Piboon Champatho. 38 minutes into the game, Saphan Kwai's Sek Kubkratouk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samai Panbue made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 43 minutes into the match, Saphan Kwai's goalkeeper Worawat Kedsuwong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jak Poolsawad. After some careless play in the Ban Tum Nua defense, Ronnapob Muangon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samai Panbue. The Ban Tum Nua fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samai Panbue should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sek Kubkratouk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ronnapob Muangon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sek Kubkratouk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Samai Panbue made a huge save. Ban Tum Nua's Samai Panbue proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Ban Tum Nua from getting a goal against them. Sek Kubkratouk came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Samai Panbue could save by the left post. Kidsada Thanomsin's late challenge caught a Saphan Kwai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kidsada Thanomsin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Saphan Kwai booed when Ban Tum Nua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kidsada Thanomsin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samai Panbue didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Saphan Kwai's Ronnapob Muangon shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. The Saphan Kwai fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Saphan Kwai's Sek Kubkratouk looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Samai Panbue didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Saphan Kwai's Sek Kubkratouk shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-9 in the ordered_time% minute. Samai Panbue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saphan Kwai played a much better game than Ban Tum Nua and deserved their victory. The Ban Tum Nua players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
