With a little luck, Maidi's Sopian Razak got control of the ball when Septian Rojak tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9th minute, Vennard Fachrurozi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andra Pangalila was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Sopian Razak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adnan Wiriadipura in the 15th minute of the match. Vennard Fachrurozi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andra Pangalila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Awaludin Batubara, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Sopian Razak made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Septian Rojak sent off a good shot on target. Vennard Fachrurozi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sopian Razak made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Septian Rojak sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Komang Sihotang during the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Adnan Wiriadipura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sopian Razak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Maidi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aries Ie to maneuver through the defense. Adnan Wiriadipura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Sopian Razak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Septian Rojak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sopian Razak was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Adnan Wiriadipura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adnan Wiriadipura to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Adnan Wiriadipura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Imana's supporters rose to their feet, but Adnan Wiriadipura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sopian Razak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Awaludin Batubara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andra Pangalila having to interfere. After 62 played minutes Imana got a freekick which was hit by Alvin Maulana. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adnan Wiriadipura in the 65th minute of play forced Maidi's goalkeeper Sopian Razak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66thth minute of the game Septian Rojak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maidi's Sopian Razak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Maidi getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Komang Sihotang hit a great ball. Maidi's Sopian Razak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adnan Wiriadipura in the 68th minute of play. After having played for 69 minutes, Septian Rojak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Septian Rojak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Imana's goalkeeper Andra Pangalila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vennard Fachrurozi. Maidi's Awaludin Batubara got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adnan Wiriadipura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sopian Razak having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Imana's Septian Rojak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sopian Razak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 84 minutes into the match, Imana's goalkeeper Andra Pangalila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vennard Fachrurozi. After 88 minutes Maidi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wempy Asmadirja who took care of the corner kick. Wempy Asmadirja made a great header on Imana's corner, it was just that Maidi's Sopian Razak managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Maidi getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Aries Ie hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Adnan Wiriadipura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sopian Razak. Maidi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adnan Wiriadipura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Maidi's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
