Syahlan Pane hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. If Awaludin Batubara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruby Rambing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Awaludin Batubara, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. A collision led to Lasaen FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Hanif Hendrayana hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the match, Lasaen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Awaludin Batubara came free, but Ruby Rambing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 played minutes Lasaen FC got a freekick which was hit by Hanif Hendrayana. Vennard Fachrurozi came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ruby Rambing could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Pahlevi in the 12th minute of play forced Maidi's goalkeeper Sopian Razak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match, Awaludin Batubara tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ruby Rambing saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Andre Djarot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lasaen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andre Djarot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sopian Razak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vennard Fachrurozi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Ruby Rambing made a huge save. After having played for 27 minutes, Awaludin Batubara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maidi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Awaludin Batubara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Awaludin Batubara in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruby Rambing prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, Awaludin Batubara dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ruby Rambing, 1-0. Ruby Rambing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Awaludin Batubara in the 44th minute of play. Awaludin Batubara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruby Rambing having to interfere.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Awaludin Batubara during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sopian Razak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Pahlevi in the 90th minute of the match. Komang Sihotang kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Lasaen FC's Max Pahlevi, in the 92nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Lasaen FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andre Djarot got free with Sopian Razak in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
