The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Radja Tohir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from M. Andik Ginanjar in the 9th minute of play. In the 21st minute, M. Andik Ginanjar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iswadi Kusdianto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gideon Tambunan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ari Wilmansyah having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Niki Suarlan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lamhot Sondakh during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kandangan getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Lamhot Sondakh hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Kandangan defense, M. Andik Ginanjar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radja Tohir. The Kandangan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radja Tohir should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gideon Tambunan in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ari Wilmansyah saved PSB Lampasio from getting behind. M. Andik Ginanjar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radja Tohir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iswadi Kusdianto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronald Utina during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Ronald Utina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iswadi Kusdianto was the one to do the kick off. Niki Suarlan struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ari Wilmansyah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kandangan. Kandangan's Radja Tohir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Kandangan from getting a goal against them. When Lamhot Sondakh was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. Lamhot Sondakh hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The supporters of Kandangan booed when PSB Lampasio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertha Bangun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute Iswadi Kusdianto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radja Tohir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PSB Lampasio's Ari Wilmansyah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niki Suarlan in the 81st minute of play. When Iswadi Kusdianto came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the PSB Lampasio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iswadi Kusdianto couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute, M. Andik Ginanjar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radja Tohir was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 91 minutes, Gideon Tambunan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kandangan and the PSB Lampasio players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gideon Tambunan hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Kandangan's goalkeeper Radja Tohir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by M. Andik Ginanjar. The crowd rose to their feet as PSB Lampasio's Iswadi Kusdianto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radja Tohir. That made the score 0-4 after 95 minutes of play. PSB Lampasio played a much better game than Kandangan and deserved their victory. The Kandangan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
