Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Belonligun FC's Bayu Mandagi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Belonligun FC's Rizal Karimudin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Markus Noor in the 6th minute of play. Rizal Karimudin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daeng Rakasiwi, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bayu Mandagi in the 8th minute of play forced PSM Lalimboeoe's goalkeeper Frits Gustaman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rizal Karimudin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markus Noor in the 11th minute of play. Rizal Karimudin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daeng Rakasiwi in the 14th minute of the match. Rizal Karimudin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daeng Rakasiwi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evan Burhanuddin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bayu Mandagi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frits Gustaman having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in PSM Lalimboeoe's zone, Bayu Mandagi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frits Gustaman came out of the goal and Bayu Mandagi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. PSM Lalimboeoe's Daeng Rakasiwi got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 31 minutes, Markus Noor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSM Lalimboeoe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Markus Noor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bayu Mandagi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Frits Gustaman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frits Gustaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayu Mandagi in the 36th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daeng Rakasiwi to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Belonligun FC's Deka Hakim got a free kick in the 53rd minute. A collision led to PSM Lalimboeoe getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Salim Renata hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in PSM Lalimboeoe's zone, Umar Sawali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frits Gustaman came out of the goal and Umar Sawali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to PSM Lalimboeoe getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Pinilih Rachdyatmaka hit a great ball. When Belonligun FC's Bayu Mandagi, in the 58th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Belonligun FC. In the 62nd minute, PSM Lalimboeoe's Daeng Rakasiwi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Daeng Rakasiwi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Daeng Rakasiwi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in PSM Lalimboeoe's zone, Evan Burhanuddin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frits Gustaman came out of the goal and Evan Burhanuddin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Belonligun FC's Rizal Karimudin got control of the ball when Markus Noor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evan Burhanuddin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Daeng Rakasiwi took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Rizal Karimudin to make any attempt to save it. The Belonligun FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching PSM Lalimboeoe's performance. The match ended with a win for PSM Lalimboeoe.
